Great location. Close to the pyramids, within walking distance. Beautiful views of the ruins and hot air balloons in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality room.

During my recent stay at a hotel in San Juan Teotihuacan, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Telpochcalli Hotel & Temazcal. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the bed was huge, providing me with a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's nice courtyard added a pleasant ambiance to the overall stay. The location was also convenient, as it was situated at the start of the street leading straight to a breathtaking view of the pyramid of the moon. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in San Juan Teotihuacan.

The hotel was conveniently located near the archaeological site we had come to visit. Within walking distance, we could reach the main entrance and save time and transportation costs. The front desk staff were helpful in giving us directions and recommendations for places to eat. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment that allowed us to rest during our stay.

The lack of reliable internet connectivity made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities. we found that there were very limited options for transportation and dining in the immediate area, causing us to rely on our own initiative and limited knowledge of the area.

The hotel had a great location! It was only a short distance away from the main entrance to the archaeological site and we could see the hot air balloons in the distance in the morning. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We also loved the big garden for the kids to play in.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the water pressure was almost non-existent in our room. the check out time was a bit early for us, especially since we wanted to take our time exploring the area.

We had a great stay here. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location close to the pyramids. The courtyard was also a nice touch.

The location near the ruins is perfect, it takes just a short walk to get to the archaeological site. there are some nice restaurants in the area, and public transport is convenient. the rooms are pretty, with large comfortable beds and good quality sheets. the staff is friendly and does their best to make guests feel at home.

The hotel lacks in some services. the water pressure in the bathrooms is sometimes low, and the shower takes too long to heat up.
